INTERN

AT THE OFFICE: Ellie is a year-long landscape architecture student intern from Purdue University, working towards completing her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BSLA). She has a strong interest in planting design, especially how shapes, colors, and textures can come together to create spaces that feel alive and inviting. Ellie is also passionate about integrating educational opportunities into the landscape, giving people the chance to learn and connect with nature in meaningful ways. For her, landscape architecture is where art and nature combine to create spaces that people can enjoy, reflect in, and feel inspired by. 

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE: Ellie, founder of Earthy Jewelry Shoppe, is a small business owner who loves being an active part of Nashville’s creative community. She spends weekends making jewelry, dancing, catching live music, and exploring local markets—sometimes as a vendor, other times just to enjoy the good vibes. Trying a new restaurant or coffee shop in Nashville has become one of her favorite weekly traditions, always on the lookout for her new favorite spot. For Ellie, it’s all about connection, creativity, and making the most of what the city has to offer.
